Matt Lyons

Matt Lyons, PhD, is currently serving as the Interim EGM Performance at Netball Australia. Prior to this role, Matt was the Director at Outlier InSights, where Matt focused on human performance insights consultancy. With a background in performance people and teams, Matt has held various managerial positions at AIS and has extensive experience in strategic planning and leadership development within high-performance sports organizations. Matt has also worked with the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia, the Australian Paralympic Committee, and various ski teams in coaching and leadership roles. Matt's educational background includes a PhD in Applied Psychology & Coaching, executive development programs, and a BA in Political Science.
