Louise Young

Louise Young has a diverse work experience in the sales and account management field. Louise is currently serving as the APAC Sales Director at NetBase Quid® since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Forrester as a Senior Account Director from May 2018 to September 2022. At Forrester, they focused on developing customer-obsessed strategies for business and technology leaders. Before Forrester, Louise worked at SAI Global as a Key Account Manager from July 2015 to February 2022. Louise also held the position of Key Account Director at Datamonitor from September 2010 to February 2013, where their responsibilities included ensuring growth in the FMCG sector across the APAC region. Before that, Louise worked as an Account Director at Mintel from January 2007 to September 2010, where they played a crucial role in growing and retaining the ANZ portfolio. Louise began their career at Thomson Reuters as an Account Executive, focusing on the management consultancy sector. Louise had a successful tenure at Thomson Reuters from an unspecified start date until December 2007.

Louise Young attended The Liverpool Bluecoat School where they studied various subjects including French, Spanish, and English Literature. Louise then pursued a BA(Hons) degree at The University of Sheffield. In terms of additional certifications, Louise obtained a Mastership in Sales from Winning by Design in 2021 and became a Forrester CX Champ in 2020 from Forrester.
