Elena Stancheva

Elena Stancheva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elena is currently working at Netcetera - Software matters as a Service Delivery Manager, where they are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services. Prior to this role, Elena worked at Netcetera as a Senior Customer Success Executive and a Customer Success Executive. Elena also has experience in the mobile gaming industry, having worked at Crazy Labs as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and Marketing Operations Representative. Elena's experience also includes founding and managing the Association for the Education of Children and Youth Puzzle, where they organized and implemented various projects. Elena has also worked as an SEO Content Writer in the iGaming industry, creating optimized content for online gambling portals. Elena's early role was as the Editor-in-chief of RockyRoads.net, where they oversaw the creation and publication of off-road cycling news articles.

Elena Stancheva earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology "Blaze Koneski" in Skopje, Macedonia from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended High School "Josif Josifovski" in Gevgelija, Macedonia from 2002 to 2006, focusing on the humanistic social area with a language emphasis. Additionally, Elena has obtained several certifications, including Payments 101 from The CPD Certification Service in February 2022, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in December 2021, and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021.
