Maja Tishovska Kjuzovikj

Maja Tishovska Kjuzovikj's work experience begins in 2012 as an intern at the Secretariat for European Affairs, Government of the Republic of Macedonia. In 2013, they completed internships at the Ministry of Education and Science of Macedonia and Congress Service Center. Maja then joined Sofica Group, a TeleTech Company, as an IT Helpdesk Analyst, providing first level support and guidance to users. In 2014, Maja worked as a Junior Teaching Assistant at FON University. Maja then transitioned to TeleTech in 2015, working as a Team Lead until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Maja worked as a Quality Manager at CMX Solutions. In 2020, they joined Netcetera - Software matters as a Customer Success Executive, focusing on Secure Digital Payments.

Maja Tishovska Kjuzovikj began their education in 2009 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Language Interpretation and Translation (Macedonian/ English/ French) at the Faculty of Philology "Blaze Koneski", Ss Cyril and Methodus University- Skopje in 2013. Maja then pursued a Master's degree in International Business at FON University from 2013 to 2015.

Before their higher education, Maja attended Orce Nikolov High School, where they were part of the bilingual class studying Macedonian and French. The specific degree and field of study for this period are not provided.

In terms of additional certifications, Maja obtained the Registered Product Owner™ certification from Agile Education by Scrum Inc.™ in July 2023. Maja also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2022. In October 2017, they completed the Advanced Excel certification from Seavus Education and Development Center. Finally, in March 2021, Maja became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through the Scaled Agile, Inc. certification program.
