Alex Danells

Alex Danells is the Head of Delivery at Netcom Training since April 2024, where responsibility includes overseeing the delivery department and scaling the team from 20 to over 60 members while strategically managing course schedules for optimal funding and revenue. Prior to this role, Alex served as Operations Manager (Apprenticeships) at Firebrand Training from September 2019 to March 2024, leading a remote team to support approximately 400 learners and achieve high apprentice outcomes. Alex also held positions as an Apprenticeship Learner Mentor, Digital Training Coordinator at SBC Training, IT Trainer/Assessor at Skills Training UK, and various roles at Micro Plus Computers Ltd and Train4Care Ltd, building a robust career in digital training and IT services, supporting a diverse range of learners in achieving successful apprenticeship outcomes.
