Laurie Griffiths

Laurie Griffiths is an experienced professional with a diverse background in billing analysis and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Billing Analyst at Workday since April 2015, Laurie is responsible for invoicing, maintaining customer billing information, resolving queries, and assisting with month-end accounting tasks. Previously, Laurie worked as an Accounting Analyst, contributing to the launch of Professional Services Automation. In addition, Laurie has been a Technical Data Analyst at NetDiverse since January 2015, supporting sales and marketing efforts. Laurie's prior experience at Chase included roles as Assistant Branch Manager, Senior Personal Financial Representative, and Senior Teller, focusing on branch management, customer relationship building, and service excellence. Laurie holds an Associate of Science degree from Salt Lake Community College.
