Christian Cruyplandt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation, project management, and human resources. As the founder of Perspektiva Consulting Ltd since 2018, Christian has provided expert services in various management areas, including training and talent acquisition. Christian has also served as a Partner at NetExpat, co-creating the ExpAdviser© to assess individuals' readiness for international work environments. Previous roles include Director of Advisory Services at PwC Luxembourg and Associate Director at Equations Consulting, where Christian led significant projects across multiple industries. Additionally, Christian has held leadership positions in other consulting firms, contributed to strategic planning initiatives in the Kyrgyz Republic, and lectured on Strategic Human Resources Management. Christian holds a master's degree in psychology from Université libre de Bruxelles.
