Anand Nair

Anand Nair currently serves as the Head of Business & Legal Affairs for Regional Content at Netflix, a position held since March 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Sony Pictures Networks India from May 2013 to March 2019, and prior engagements as an Associate focused on Direct Taxation and IP Law at Khaitan & Co. and in IP Law at Y.J. Trivedi & Co., Advocates. Anand Nair holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law from the World Intellectual Property Organization Academy and the Università degli Studi di Torino, as well as a B.Com LLB (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University.
