Charles Duncan Jr.

Charles Duncan Jr. is an experienced engineering and product management leader currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Netflix since January 2021, overseeing teams that drive member growth through payments and commerce experiences. In addition to this role, Charles is a Board Member at ARTPOWER, Inc., where the focus is on empowering artists financially. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Elephant, Leo Burnett, Wieden + Kennedy, VML, IQ, and AKQA, where Charles managed large teams and spearheaded various technology and product initiatives. Charles also contributed to the creative technology sector as a Board Member for the Creative Technology Committee at 4A's and served as an Adjunct Instructor at the Miami Ad School. Charles holds a BA in Communications and Emerging Digital Media from the University of Pittsburgh.
