Kawtar Kazeb has extensive experience in performance improvement and quality management, currently serving as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Foundever since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kawtar worked at Phone Group from December 2006 to July 2018, holding various positions including Responsable certification et processus, where responsibilities included managing the quality system across African sites and supporting performance improvement initiatives. As Responsable études et statistiques, Kawtar focused on operational quality analysis and project management related to quality operations. Additionally, in the role of PMO, Kawtar assisted in overseeing cross-regional projects, ensuring continuous improvement in project management practices.
