Jesi Owens

Jesi Owens currently serves as the Global Manager of Product Support Operations at Netflix, overseeing a global team that bridges Product and Customer Experience across various verticals. Prior to this role, Jesi led global support operations for Airbnb.org, focusing on charitable efforts, and worked as a Marketing Consultant for Loop & Tie. Previous experience includes Operations Manager at Google Wing Aviation, where Jesi was integral to launching the first retail drone delivery service in the U.S., and a long tenure at Airbnb, co-founding the Love Team which grew to over 60 members.
