Jessica Kahn is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering for Growth at Netflix, Jessica leads full-stack software engineering initiatives focused on subscription billing, user acquisition, and monetization. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at LinkedIn, where Jessica managed a large team responsible for content contribution features, and Vice President of Technology for Movies Anywhere at The Walt Disney Company. Jessica has also held key positions at Upthere, BandPage, Disney Mobile Games, and Tapulous, contributing to the development of innovative digital solutions. Jessica began their career at Apple Inc. and holds a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College.
