Jose Padilla

Jose Padilla is an experienced finance professional who has held various roles in companies such as Netflix and Facebook. Jose currently serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Financial Planning at Netflix, where Jose also leads the SOMOS ERG Global, a Hispanic and Latinx Employee Resource Group. Prior to Netflix, Jose worked at Facebook as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy, Planning, & Analysis, and as a Finance Manager for product finance. Jose began their career in audit at Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Film from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Jose completed a non-degree program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2009.
