Vincent Dedun

Vincent Dedun is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and visual effects, currently serving as the Machine Learning Manager for Studio Media Algorithms at Netflix, focusing on enhancing film visual effects production through advanced algorithms. Previously, Vincent held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Unity, where contributions included ensuring real-time 3D graphics and machine learning models operated seamlessly across various GPUs, as well as delivering innovative AI-based artist tools. At Method Studios, Vincent served as Head of Production Technology, driving the consolidation of VFX production pipelines and implementing agile frameworks. Prior roles included Lead R&D Engineer at Industrial Light & Magic, Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP, and Lead Programmer at Double Negative, among others. Vincent's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
