Ken Zrobok

Ken Zrobok serves as the Director of AI Solutions Development at InflowCX, where leadership of the Advance Services Team involves creating self-service and AI-driven solutions in the Professional Services division. Previously, Zrobok was the Vice President of Digital Transformation at LANtelligence, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through digital initiatives. Initial roles at LANtelligence included Senior Solutions Engineer and Solutions Engineer, where development of technical roadmaps and securing technology partnerships contributed to greater efficiency and profitability. Zrobok’s earlier experience includes senior engineering positions focused on unified communications at Smart IP and Comsel Communications, along with a foundational role as a Software Engineer and Instructor at SetFocus. Zrobok holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from McMaster University.
