Alan J. Felty

Alan J. Felty is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in network infrastructure, hardware and software support, and customer service across various sectors. Currently serving as a Tactical Field Engineer at NetGain Technologies, LLC since June 2021, Alan is responsible for the installation and servicing of network systems. Previous roles include Information Technology Field Technician at Energy Transfer, Clinical Service Desk Senior Associate at NTT DATA Services, and various positions within the US Navy, where leadership and technical expertise were developed. Alan's educational foundation includes an A.A.S. in Computer Maintenance Technology from Texas State Technical College.
