Vera Chu

Vera Chu is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in interaction and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Interaction Designer at NETGEAR since July 2019, Vera has also worked as an Experience Designer at Techside.io since August 2018. Previously, Vera held positions as a Product Designer at Wag Labs Inc., and as a Product Designer at Bloc. Early in the career, Vera gained experience as a Gemologist at the International Institute of Diamond Valuation and as a Sr. Associate in Paid Social at GroupM - MetaVision Media. Vera's career began with roles in media strategy and social media coordination, including time at The 7th Chamber and SocialBliss. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, Informatics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as certifications in UI/UX Design from Bloc and General Assembly.
