On target yearly compensation package (salary base + bonuses):

  • B2B Contract: from PLN 320,000 net + Employee Stock Option Plan; or
  • Employment Contract: from PLN 268,000 gross + Employee Stock Option Plan.
  • Perks: one-time PLN 1000 home-office bonus for B2B contractors or PLN 175 monthly lump sum (ryczałt) for remote employees, Multisport card, private health insurance, discounts on Apple products, development budget and more.
  • B2B: +20 paid days off.

If you join us, you will:

  • Drive the portfolio’s commercial success, ensuring revenue growth and margin achievement.
  • Execute the sales strategy effectively within the vertical.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of Account Growth Plans for both prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate prospecting efforts across the Growth function, BD Team, Vertical Delivery Team, and Core Team.
  • Promote best practices to win accounts, including enhancing proposal quality and involving experts where needed.
  • Set and manage the pricing and discounting strategy for the vertical.
  • Ensure high-quality customer business data and insights by sourcing and recording data in CRM, enabling effective pitching.
  • Identify and analyze key vertical trends, translating insights into actionable business opportunities.
  • Coach team members to optimize performance in their current roles and support their career development.

Additionally, you will carry your own sales quota and:

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and winning new business to managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound activities and effectively convert marketing-generated leads.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to consult client executives, address their needs, and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Develop commercial proposals and lead negotiations to establish long-term, value-driven business relationships.
