Katarzyna Staniec

Katarzyna Staniec is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Lab1 and a Senior Product Designer at Netguru, where responsibilities include providing design solutions, conducting market and user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously, Katarzyna worked as the Lead UX/UI Designer at Dev and Deliver, managing a design team and leading design strategy activities, as well as contributing as a UX/UI Designer. Katarzyna's design expertise encompasses creating user flows, prototypes, and maintaining design systems, with earlier experience as a Graphic Designer at several firms. Katarzyna holds a postgraduate degree in UX & Product Design from AGH University of Krakow.
