Sebastian Grzelak

Sebastian Grzelak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sebastian began their career at Borbis Media in 2008, where they worked as a Project Manager and Web Developer until 2015. Sebastian then moved to Jigoshop Limited as an Extensions Manager for a year. In 2015, they joined SPOC sp. z o.o. as a Project Manager and worked there until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Netguru, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to Senior Project Manager, Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, and currently holds the role of Delivery Lead. Throughout their various roles, Sebastian has demonstrated their expertise in coordinating software development, leading and guiding teams, creating lean documentation, identifying process improvements, and mentoring others.

Sebastian Grzelak holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Poznan University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from the same university, from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sebastian Grzelak has obtained various certifications including AgilePM Foundation, Certified System Administrator, and ITIL Foundation, among others. Sebastian continues to pursue professional development and has recently completed certifications such as DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile and Lean Six Sigma Foundations.
