Charlotte Daemen

Charlotte Daemen is a Science Communicator at the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience, focusing on science communication and internal communications to foster collaboration among neuroscientists. Previously, Charlotte served as a Communications Consultant, analyzing performance metrics to optimize the institute's communication strategy. Experience includes content creation for Utrecht University's Instagram, where Charlotte engaged with followers and produced promotional material. As a Research Assistant at UMC Utrecht Brain Center, Charlotte investigated the effects of C5 suppression in subarachnoid hemorrhage, along with previous roles in research intern capacity addressing reactive gliosis in Alzheimer's Disease. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairwoman of Roosevelt's All Student Association, overseeing activities and ensuring organizational accountability.
