Houman Ghorbani is the VP of Finance & Accounting at NetImpact Strategies. Houman joined NetImpact in 2018 with over 15 years of Government Financial experience with primary responsibilities include managing, leading and providing Price-To-Win and Strategic analysis for the development of all cost/business proposals in response to private and public solicitations for Federal Civilian, Defense and Intel sectors across multiple contract types. In addition, he performed and managed the Budgeting and Financial Analysis, and successfully completed multiple M&A transactions. As NetImpact’s VP of Finance & Accounting, he will be responsible for strategizing and driving to an overall solution that balances the expectations within finance, accounting, budgeting, and pricing while meeting the strategic growth goals of the company.
Houman received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from George Mason University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to his Government financial career, Houman performed due diligence of equity investments in private U.S middle market companies, investment portfolio analysis and fair market valuations.
