Frank Hu

Frank Hu is a skilled Video Codec Engineer at NETINT Technologies Inc. with a solid background in video/image codec design and development. With experience in both co-op and full-time roles at NETINT Technologies, Frank has actively contributed to codec algorithm optimization, software and hardware debugging, and test verification. Prior to this, Frank was involved in full-stack ERP development at ShenLink and conducted significant research during internships at Nokia Shanghai Bell, focusing on 5G technology and machine learning integration, as well as undergraduate research at the Institute of Information Photonics and Optical Communications, where machine learning was applied to optoelectronic materials. Frank holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Electromagnetic Field and Wireless Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
