Janet McCarthy

Janet McCarthy is Chief Legal Officer of Micro Focus and is also Micro Focus’ Chief Compliance Officer, positions she has held since March 2022. In these roles, she oversees Micro Focus’ global legal activities, and policies, as well as ethics, compliance and regulatory affairs, investigations, and brand protection.

She is a graduate of the Australian National University and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, an attorney in New York and solicitor in New South Wales, Australia.
