Samuel K. Berkowitz

Samuel K. Berkowitz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and research. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Netlify since October 2022, Samuel previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Zendesk from January 2017 to April 2021. Early career experience includes working as a Research Assistant specializing in China at the RAND Corporation from 2011 to 2015. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago, completed studies at Tsinghua University in 2011, and attended Princeton University in 2008.
