Dan Murphy is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Netography. He is a 20-year veteran of technology where he has focused on cloud and service provider operations in a wide range of companies from early startups to large-scale publicly traded companies. For the last 10 years he has concentrated his skills and successes in the DDoS industry with an eye toward visibility. Murphy was most recently a Principal Architect at Neustar where he was responsible for building the company’s proxy and WAF (web application firewall) service for the existing DDoS service, including configuration, orchestration, analytics, and compliance adherence. Prior to this, he served as co-founder and CTO of BitScaler Technologies and held various system and service architect roles at F5, Defense.Net, Tata Communications, and Prolexic.
