Angela Silva

Angela Silva serves as the Human Sourcing Manager at NetPartners International, a position held since March 2005, where responsibilities include designing, implementing, and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and personnel development processes across the Andean region. Prior to this role, Angela Silva was the General Coordinator of the Digital Certification Department at the Cámara de Comercio de Lima from June 2003 to December 2004, focusing on directing and supervising the development of promotional programs for CERTICAMARA's services in collaboration with the Marketing Department. Angela Silva holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, obtained in 2002.
