Alec Rivard

Alec Rivard is currently the Director of Technical Operations at NETRIO, where Alec also serves as the Practice Lead for Cloud & Security and Cloud Solutions. Prior to their current role, Alec was the Director of Operations at StrategIT LLC, specializing in building High Availability Voice solutions for Global Call Centers and Multi-Location Businesses. Before that, Alec worked at Best Buy as part of the Geek Squad. Alec attended St. Edward's University, San Diego Mesa College, Willow Bend Academy, and Parish Episcopal School, where Alec obtained their high school degrees.
