Jen Capones - Tongco

Jen Capones-Tongco has a strong background in leadership and engineering roles. Jen has a significant amount of experience with Netrust, where they served as President, CEO, and Founder of Netrust Philippines Corporation since 2013. Prior to that, they were the Director for Philippines at Netrust Pte Ltd, starting from 2008. Earlier in their career, Jen was a Top Range Team Engineer at Jardine Schindler Hong Kong and Schindler Singapore, where they worked from 2003 to 2008. In this role, they gained international exposure and managed projects throughout Asia Pacific. Jen Capones - Tongco has a diverse education history. In 1997 to 2002, Jen attended De La Salle University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management. In 2010, Jen took a Key Account Management class but did not receive a degree. Additionally, in 2011, Jen completed a PMP class to earn the Project Management Professional Certification. Later, in 2018, Jen attended Harvard University for a Cybersecurity Short Course, and also received a certification in Cybersecurity: Managing Risk from the same institution. In 2019, Jen completed the OXFORD FINTECH Program at the University of Oxford. Recently, from 2021 to 2022, Jen attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Stanford LEAD Executive Leadership Program. Jen also holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² and is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.
