Deepika Ramakrishnan

Deepika Ramakrishnan has a strong background in talent acquisition. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at VBeyond Corporation before moving on to Johnson & Johnson, where they served as a Recruitment Manager from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they became a Recruitment Partner at Medtronic through Alexander Mann Solutions. Deepika then joined IQVIA in 2016 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Deepika worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at foodpanda. Deepika then spent a year at ByteDance as a Talent Acquisition- Global Payment before joining NETS in 2022 as a Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

Deepika Ramakrishnan began their education journey in 2003 at the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Information Technology. Deepika completed their undergraduate program in 2007. In 2008, Deepika enrolled at the Institute For Technology and Management to further their education and obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources. Deepika successfully completed their MBA in 2010. In 2020, Deepika participated in a program at The Wharton School, although the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, Deepika Ramakrishnan has obtained two additional certifications. In 2014, they acquired a certificate in Comprehensive Understanding of the HR Law and its Applications in Singapore from the HR Law Academy- Singapore. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries from the Ministry of Manpower in April 2015.
