Teri Kruger

Teri Kruger currently serves as the Sr. Director of CX at NetSapiens since April 2021, previously holding the position of Director Client Advocacy. Prior to joining NetSapiens, Teri Kruger worked at Lingo Telecommunications/Impact Telecom from 2014 to April 2021 as the Director Network Technology and Solutions Management, where responsibilities included defining and communicating the vision for network technology to support 120,000 customers. Additionally, Teri Kruger was the Manager Network Translations at Matrix Telecom/Excel Telecom from 2005 to 2014, focusing on planning, developing, and implementing complex network services, as well as managing translations requirements for switching platforms in the US and Canada.
