Belinda Yung-Rubke is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in global marketing leadership and strategy. Currently serving as the Area Vice President of Global Customer Marketing at NETSCOUT since July 2015, Belinda leads a team focused on program execution across diverse channels, including digital media and demand generation. Prior roles at NETSCOUT include Area Vice President for Arbor Solutions Product Marketing & Customer Engagement and WW Field Marketing, where leadership was provided to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Belinda’s career includes significant positions at Fluke Networks, where roles spanned from Director of Field Marketing for the Americas to WW Marketing Director at Visual Network Systems, along with early career experiences at Hewlett-Packard Company. Belinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Signal Processing from the University of California, Davis.
