Joseph Collins

Joseph Collins is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in the tech sector, currently contributing to the PFS Security Visibility Solutions group at NETSCOUT since June 2016. Previously, Joseph managed product development at VSS Monitoring, overseeing the launch of the HD Fiber TAP and leading initiatives after the company's acquisition by NetScout. With a strong background in program management, Joseph has been involved in rebranding efforts, market strategy development, and product portfolio positioning. Early career roles included account support, where Joseph drove significant revenue growth and facilitated channel partner training. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Russian from Beloit College and a Project Management Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
