Venkat Reddy

Venkat Reddy began their work experience at ARICENT in 2005 as a Technical Leader. During their time there, they designed and developed network monitoring and auditing software using advanced graph algorithms, resulting in a cost savings of $10 million. Venkat also developed custom Java applications for network rollout, configuration changes, and fault monitoring. Additionally, they gained experience in RESTful web service design, Java programming, distributed systems, and software security.

In 2014, Venkat joined NETSCOUT as a Principal Engineer. In this role, they focused on designing and developing application performance monitoring in a highly distributed environment. Venkat developed software for anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and automated root cause analysis using machine learning libraries such as Tensorflow and Keras. Venkat also created innovative load balancers, comprehensive system monitoring alerts, and logging platforms using ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Furthermore, Venkat gained expertise in data analytics platforms like Vertica, PostgreSQL, MicroStrategy, Docker, Kafka, and Elasticsearch. Venkat also had experience with PaaS technologies like containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Venkat Reddy attended the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the field of Computer Science.
