Nicki Grose

Nicki Grose has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Nicki started their career at Sprint PCS as a Quality Assurance Manager from February 2001 to October 2003. Nicki then joined CSC in July 2007 and served as a Quality Assurance Manager until November 2010. From November 2010 to August 2013, they worked as a System Development Manager at CSC. Since August 2013, Nicki has been associated with Netsmart, initially starting as a Product Manager until September 2016. Nicki subsequently held the position of Director of Product Management of Billing from October 2016 to December 2018. From January 2019 to April 2021, Nicki served as the Senior Director of Product Management of Billing and currently holds the role of VP, Care Dimensions Product Management at Netsmart.
