Justin Ramsey

Justin Ramsey has a diverse work experience in various analytical and managerial roles. Justin first worked at Cricket Wireless as an Assistant Retail Business Manager from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for customer account management, recruitment, sales, and marketing. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Mueller Industries, Inc. as a Problems Resolution Analyst, handling customer service, order management, and pricing analysis. From 2013 to 2017, Justin was a Retail Analyst at Games Workshop Ltd, where they performed stock analysis, allocation, and reporting for North American retail stores. Most recently, they joined Netspend in 2017 as an Operations Data Analyst and later became a Customer Insights & Analytics Manager in 2019. At Netspend, they provided standard and ad hoc reporting, led projects, and identified process improvement opportunities.
