Martin Volf

Martin Volf is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in engineering and team management. Currently serving as a Software Development Team Lead at NetSuite since May 2022, Martin oversees two independent teams comprising seven members. Previously, Martin held the position of Engineering Manager at SolarWinds, managing 20 personnel across four teams, and leading engineering efforts for multiple products. Martin's foundational experience includes various roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, culminating as Software Manager, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, technical guidance, and project management. Martin possesses a solid technical background with expertise in C++, C#, and software development methodologies. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Brno University of Technology and has previously worked as a PHP Developer and software contractor for temperature sensor solutions.
