Daniel Dickman has worked in the tech industry since 1999. Daniel started their career at Peterborough City Council as a Desktop Support. In 2000, they joined NetSupport where they held various roles including Junior Software Developer, Test Analyst, Test Manager, Windows Test Manager, Senior Software Test Engineer, and Classroom.cloud Product Manager.
Daniel Dickman obtained a HND from Canterbury Christ Church University from 1997 to 1999, studying Software Engineering. Daniel then went on to pursue a BSC (open) from The Open University from 2000 to 2006. In addition, Daniel has obtained certifications from TestAutomationU and BlazeMeter University, as well as a tutorial from edX.
