Jay Conn

Jay Conn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various technology and communications sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Netsurion LLC since November 2014, Jay leads a team that provides adaptive managed security solutions, including a 24x7 Security Operations Center. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Alteva, where Jay contributed to cloud-based communication solutions, and independent consulting at Conn Associates LLC for technology startups and SMBs. Jay’s earlier positions include Senior Vice President of Operations at Verid, Vice President of Operations and Support Services at Equitrac, and IT Director roles in law firms. Academically, Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from California State University-Long Beach.
