Kelvin Lai is an experienced professional in business analysis and software solutions, currently serving as Assistant Business Analyst Manager at Nettium Sdn Bhd since May 2020, following roles as Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Business Analyst at QR Retail Automation (Asia) Sdn Bhd and multiple roles at Fusionex International, where Kelvin designed and developed enterprise software solutions.
