Elizabeth Whalen has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2003, they began their career as a Legal Assistant to the General Counsel at Expeditors International. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as a Senior Project Analyst, where they led project management and data analysis. Following that, they joined WSRB in 2019 as a Content Writer and was later promoted to Senior Content Strategist & Producer. At WSRB, they built content strategies, revamped personas, and managed the content calendar.

In 2021, Whalen joined Nauto as a Senior Content Marketing Manager, where they led messaging creation, content strategy, and writing for a new homepage. Elizabeth incorporated performance data and SEO best practices to optimize the page's content. In 2022, they completed a temporary contract assignment as a Content Marketing Manager at Snowflake, where they built and executed content strategies for data lake and data warehouse workloads.

Currently, Whalen is working at NetVendor as a Content Marketer, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Whalen has demonstrated a strong ability to build and execute content marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet and exceed expectations in their roles.

Elizabeth Whalen holds a Master's Degree (M.P.P) in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English at Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from HubSpot Academy, including Content Marketing (in September 2019), Inbound Marketing (in May 2019 and June 2021), SEO (in February 2023), and Digital Marketing (in February 2023).
