Gabrielle Tan has held a variety of roles since 2016. In 2021, they began working as an Associate Software Developer at NetVirta, Inc., where they are currently working on an in-house editor that uses the Qt library. Her responsibilities include implementing editor features and liaising with other teams that use the editor. Gabrielle also worked as a Technical Design Intern at Ubisoft Singapore in 2021, where they were responsible for improving the realism of the ship and its crew in the game, Skull & Bones.
In 2018, Gabrielle Tan was a Teaching Assistant and Grader at DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore.
From 2016 to 2021, Gabrielle Tan worked at Yang Kee Logistics, first as a Parttime Employee and then as a Project Intern. As a Parttime Employee, they worked mostly with data processing and some light scripting and macro programming for Excel spreadsheets. As a Project Intern, they were assigned to the Product Innovation and Implementation Department, and worked on designing a Supply Chain solution for their clients.
Gabrielle Tan attended Republic Polytechnic from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Diploma in Supply Chain Management in the field of Supply Chain Management. In April 2016, they also obtained a CILTS - RP Exclusive Supply Chain Management Programme 2016 certification from The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport International. In 2017, Gabrielle began their studies at the DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Game Design in 2021.
