Elena Nekrasova

Elena Nekrasova has had two positions in their work experience. Elena first worked as an HR manager at Corporation "Business Congress" from September 2007 to March 2017. After that, they joined Netwave LLC as an HR Business Partner, Team Lead in April 2017, where they are currently employed.

Elena Nekrasova's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Volodymyr Dahl East-Ukrainian National University. Elena completed their studies in 2005 and earned a Master of Psychology degree with honors. Following this, in 2007, they enrolled at the Moskow Gestalt Institute and obtained a Master of Psychotherapy degree. From 2018 to 2019, Elena attended Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, where they focused on HRD and HR system transformation. In 2021, Elena briefly studied at the Ukrainian Mediation Centre, UMC kmbs, emphasizing mediation.
