Scott Nasatir

Executive Director, Midwest Region at Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE)

Scott Nasatir, Ed.D., serves as the Executive Director for the Midwest Region of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), leading youth entrepreneurship education programs that benefit over 6,000 students across more than 100 schools in the Chicago Metro area and greater Midwest since September 2015. Previously, Scott held the position of Deputy Director of Student Services at the Maywood/Melrose Park/Broadview School District 89, overseeing curriculum and specialized programming for 5,500 students. Scott's extensive experience in the Chicago Public Schools includes roles as Head of Curriculum and Instruction for the Network of Alternative Schools, Specialized Services Administrator, Specialized Services Program Manager, and International Baccalaureate History Teacher. Scott holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Indiana University Bloomington, an M.A. in Educational Leadership and Organizational Change from Roosevelt University, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.
