Melanie Koerner

Melanie Koerner is an experienced professional in the real estate and mortgage industries, currently serving as a Mortgage Specialist at Avanti Mortgage LLC since February 2023 and a Mortgage Loan Specialist at Network Funding, LP since July 2020. As President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® since January 2018, Melanie is dedicated to empowering women in the Salt Lake Area. With 16 years in the real estate field, Melanie has also worked as a Commercial Realtor and Residential Realtor at Keller Williams South Valley since January 2016. Previously, Melanie held the position of Loan Officer at Emery Federal Credit Union from April 2013 to October 2014. Education was pursued at Salt Lake Community College.
