Jessica vander Zanden

Jessica Vander Zanden has over 13 years of work experience at Network Health WI. Jessica has held various roles within the organization, starting as a Medicare Social Worker in 2008. Over their tenure, they have advanced to roles such as Supervisor of Medicare Social Services, Manager of Medicare Social Services and Special Needs Plan, and Director of Medicare Compliance and Star Quality. In 2016, they became the Director of Compliance and Culture, responsible for the organization's compliance program and culture strategy. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Compliance and Audit, overseeing functions such as Compliance, Privacy, Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Appeals and Grievances. Currently, Jessica holds the position of Vice President Operations, where they lead various departments including Claims, Enrollment, Operations Support/Quality and Accuracy, Customer Service, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Facilities, and Reception.

Jessica Vander Zanden has a strong educational background in various fields. Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2006. Following that, they pursued a Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree with a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 2006 and 2008. Continuing their education, they attained a Masters in Organizational Business with a focus on Business/Leadership from Silver Lake College in 2011.

Furthermore, Jessica has also completed several additional certifications. Jessica became a Certified Strengths Coach through Gallup in April 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker through the State of Wisconsin. Although not specified, Jessica also holds a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and is Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).

In recent years, Jessica has pursued continuing education to enhance their professional skills. Additionally, they pursued a Continuing Studies Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017. Jessica completed a program in Risk Management for Corporate Leaders at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2016 and obtained a Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate from Stanford University in the same year.
