Anup Dholakia has a diverse work experience in finance, investment, and consultancy roles. From 2014 onwards, they worked at Network Homes, starting as Capital Accounts and eventually moving up to the role of Senior Finance Manager. In this role, they were responsible for financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, business planning, and investment appraisals. Anup also worked closely with the Development team and was involved in transactional tax structuring. In 2019, they became the Director of Treasury and later the Director of Corporate Finance at Network Homes. Parallel to their roles at Network Homes, they held director positions at Network Affordable Developments Limited, Network Homes Investments Limited, NETWORK NEW BUILD LIMITED, and NETWORK HOMES INVESTMENTS (STOCKWELL) LIMITED. In 2018, they also served as an investor in Adapt, an award-winning student app. Before joining Network Homes, Anup worked as a Management Consultant at KPMG UK, specializing in tax advisory services for charities, local authorities, health bodies, and private clients in the retail and financial sector. Anup also had previous experience as a Paralegal and Training Consultant at LexisNexis. Anup's work experience spans over a decade, showcasing their expertise in finance, investment, consultancy, and legal support.
Anup Dholakia attended the University of Reading from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Law. Anup then enrolled at ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs in 2010 and completed a Chartered Accountant program as well as an ICAS Tax Professional program, both of which lasted until 2013.
