Charles O'Nwere

Charles O'Nwere has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Charles began their career as an HR Admin at McQuade Polishing, where they provided clerical and administrative support and was involved in coordinating company procedures and projects. Charles then worked as an IT Technician at The Albany School, ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and advising on hardware and software development.

Following this, Charles joined Trace Payroll Services as a Technical Support specialist, providing first and second-line support for numerous payroll systems and performing data verification using SQL scripts. Charles then joined Terrence Higgins Trust as an Application Support Officer, where they provided support for various applications.

In 2019, Charles worked as a CRM Support Analyst at Ashton Court Group Ltd before moving on to Kinetic as a US Support Analyst, where they provided support for US operations. In 2021, they joined Hachette UK as an Application Support Analyst, providing support for their applications. Currently, Charles is working at Network Homes as an ITT Business Systems Support Analyst.

Charles O'Nwere pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Middlesex University, completing their education between 2011 and 2014.
