Marco Rocha has over a decade of experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Support Analyst at Network Homes since May 2018, Marco has also held the role of IT Service Desk Analyst within the same organization. Prior to Network Homes, Marco worked as a Web Chat Consultant at Interact CC from August 2016 to February 2017 and gained valuable experience in lead generation during tenure at Qlik from November 2012 to January 2016.
