Raphael Tagamori

Raphael Tagamori has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Raphael began their career at CHUMS CIC in 2013, where they worked as a Family Support Worker before transitioning to roles such as Programme Manager, Service Manager, and Regional Service Manager. In 2020, they joined Buckinghamshire Council as a Commissioning Officer and later took on positions as Business Modernisation and Innovation Officer and Service Improvement Officer. Most recently, they worked at Network Homes as an ITT Project Manager starting in 2023.

Raphael Tagamori's education history begins in 2008 when they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo and pursued a degree in Agronomic Engineering and Licentiate in Biological Sciences, which they completed in 2010. Following this, in 2010, they enrolled in Bournemouth and Poole College and obtained a BTEC in Music Technology, studying until 2012. Raphael then proceeded to pursue a BA in Music with Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London from 2012 to 2015.

More recently, in 2018, Raphael obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from PRINCE2.com. In 2019, they acquired the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from the University of Bedfordshire. Finally, in 2020, they achieved the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from IASSC.

Currently, Raphael Tagamori is furthering their education at the University of Hertfordshire, where they commenced an Msc in Business and Organizational Strategy in 2020, expected to be completed in 2023.
